- Items can be Exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- They must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Please note: sale items, gift cards, and final-sale pieces cannot be returned.

Email us at sorellesquad@gmail.com or call +94760443888 to start your return. Pack your item securely in the original packaging and hand it to the courier. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Refunds:
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm by email. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
