At Sorelle, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver orders within Sri Lanka only.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Colombo & suburbs: 1–3 working days
- Outstation areas: 3–5 working days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any additional charges imposed by the courier service are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a notification with delivery details. If tracking is available, it will be shared via email or SMS.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to accept the package, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, along with clear images for verification.
Responsibility
Sorelle is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier service.
